The Course
Tear Trough Training
The loss of subcutaneous fat as we age can lead to a lack of under eye support, which in turn can cause the undereye to appear hollow or sunken, creating tear troughs.
As this is a delicate area to inject, it is vital that practitioners have the necessary skills to treat in a safe and effective manner. We use products from the Juvederm Vycross range to treat this area, and delegates who study with us learn how to use facial markers to assess the tear trough and create a tailored treatment plan, before applying the latest techniques in treating them. We recommend that this course is suitable for intermediate practitioners with knowledge of cannula techniques.

On The Day
Treatment & Models
Model selection is a vital skill for practitioners, so we always ask our tear trough filler training delegates to source their own models for the practical element of the course.
We understand that some delegates are unable to do this, so we can arrange a model in some circumstances, like for attendees travelling from abroad. PHI College will provide all course materials as well as stationary and some product. We do have more product available to purchase at cost but we always recommend that this is rarely needed as we focus on subtle enhancements.

We will provide writing materials and pads. You may wish to bring your own tablet or laptop if you prefer to make electronic notes. Please do ensure you charge your device!
All materials for injecting will be provided.
Reading Materials
In terms of pre-course reading, you do not need to worry about spending excessive time preparing as we will go through everything in detail. However, we will provide a few online resources for you to look at in the PHI College online portal. These materials can be found in the ‘My Courses’ section of the website.
