Aesthetic Business Training
Opening a clinic is difficult, and requires a lot of time, effort, and patience. Dr Tapan has opened and directed 2 successful clinics in his 20 years of experience and knows the challenges that come along with setting up a new practice.
Dr Tapan now offers aesthetic business training seminars at PHI College, to support clinicians who are looking to create a new business using their skills in cosmetic medicine. This course can also be attended by non-clinical members of staff who wish to gain a better understanding of running an aesthetic practice.

In terms of pre-course reading, you do not need to worry about spending excessive time preparing as we will go through everything in detail.
